Pretty much what happens when a normal human being stops eating.Tokinori Rinne follows the spontaneous summer adventures of a chipper group of kids, led by Rinne Mitsukuri Meyerhold, a human / timerider hybrid, and Kodaka Kusumoto, her next-door neighbor.
